Riverside is currently searching for a gifted person to fill this new half-time position for ministry with children and youth.
If you or someone you know would be interested in applying for this position, here are the key responsibilities involved:
Build a Next Generation Ministry Team at Riverside
Partner with the Ministry Team to encourage, enlist, and equip Sunday School teachers
Partner with the Ministry Team to encourage, enlist and equip leaders for Wednesday evening ministry with children and youth
Partner with the Ministry Team to lead a multiple-session Vacation Bible School in the summer for children K – 5th grade
Encourage youth to participate in church-sponsored mission trips and Christian camping experiences
Partner with the Ministry Team to coordinate a Children’s Christmas Program
Assist in the development of policies for all children and youth ministries of the church
